I love to read and I’m excited to share some of my favorite books that will inspire, enlighten, and help you to get re-energized when battling a chronic health issue. Don’t give up! I hope these books will give you extra strength and some new ideas on how to stay well and happy.

Tony Robbins is a self-improvement hero. If you need a generous portion of uplifting wisdom, he is here to deliver. If you fee stuck and helpless, this book will empower you to change your life.

2. Learned Optimism: How to Change Your Mind and Your Life

This is a great book that teaches you how to be optimistic. Optimism actually equals better health (believe it or not!).
Also available as an audiobook, so you can learn new habits while ironing or driving 😉
